Rhacaplacarus is a cosmopolitan genus of phthiracarid mites (Subías 2004).

Characters (from Balogh & Balogh 1992): Inner margin of ano-adanal plates with three pairs of setae equal in length and their distance from one another. Seta d on tibia IV long, removed from solenidion.
