Siratus

Belongs within: Muricidae.

Siratus is a genus of muricid gastropods found in the western Atlantic, characterised by shells with three spinose varices, a long, dorsally deflected siphonal canal, no labral tooth, and usually a pattern of brown and white spiral bands (Vokes 1990).
