Raphidiidae

Raphidia ophiopsis, copyright Guido Bohne.

Belongs within: Raphidioptera.

The Raphidiidae are a group of snakeflies characterised by the presence of three ocelli and a tube-like pronotum laterally covering the pleural region (Aspöck & Aspöck 1991).
